ISRS and the Ebert Foundation outlined cooperation plans for 2024

On February 20 this year, the Institute for Strategic and Regional studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (ISRS) held online meeting with Philipp Jahn, Friedrich Ebert Foundation (Germany) Resident Representative in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, with headquarters in Bishkek.

A thorough exchange of views was held on the current state and prospects of regional cooperation in Central Asia. Plans of interaction between ISRS and the Fund for 2024 were discussed and outlined.

The parties expressed their interest in holding joint events aimed at strengthening regional cooperation, elaboration of proposals in the field of combating climate change, exchange of experience in the sphere of socio-economic development.

The parties expressed confidence that the planned events will make a significant contribution to the development of partnership relations, and will also contribute to the fullest disclosure of the existing potential of bilateral contacts.
